  Mallory was my touring agent and she was great. We were immediately met with a big smile and welcomed to her desk although we were pretty late to our tour. She was very informative and showed us many options. Unfortunately, nothing is available that we love for our move dates in December otherwise we would’ve applied on the spot. Hopefully something comes up soon that will work for us because we would love to live here!

  Mike is the best in the business, always quick to fix any maintenance issue. Always great to see him, cause I know the problem will get solved with speed and positivity.

  I was a prospective tenant, and even went as far as paying the nearly $500 admin fee and receiving a lease, but I could not go through with it due to the horrendous and deceitful leasing process. The leasing team will not respond to any phone calls and will never call back if you leave a message. It takes a full business day, and sometimes multiple, for them to respond to an email. Their automated AI email bot gives consistently incorrect information. But my real issue is that they tried to scam me. There was a $1000 concession for one bedrooms when I applied, which was told to me on my tour, in the tour follow up email, and posted on their website. Once I received my lease, and paid $500 in application fees, I was told that my one bedroom did not qualify (despite the concession stating that ALL one bedrooms received this deal). They tried to say that the deal was only for one of the two building sides. Not only that, I asked to switch to the same floor plan on a different floor. The video was exactly the same, so I assumed that the unit would be similar to the one in the video. Thankfully, I asked to be provided with photos and videos of the new unit. After they finally sent them over, I found out that the unit was completely different from the video (carpet in the kitchen, run down appliances). This was not disclosed or explained to me. After I decided to eat the $500 and go somewhere else, I noticed that there are hundreds if not thousands of reviews with awful experiences, but they have been buried by the building. I am leaving a 2 star review instead of 1 star so that it has a better chance of reaching people. Please. Do not trust these people. Do not move here. They are actively trying to scam you.

  I genuinely love living here at Tides and could not be happier with both my apartment and the community as a whole. I absolutely love my unit, but what really makes this building feel like home is the people who work here. Management has always been incredibly responsive and helpful anytime I’ve needed support. Thankfully, I haven’t needed much, but when something does come up, I always feel like it’s taken seriously and handled. The maintenance team deserves a special shoutout because they are QUICK. Whenever I’ve submitted a request, I’m always impressed by how promptly they respond and get things taken care of. But what stands out even more is that they’re not just good at their jobs — they’re genuinely kind people. They’ll say hi when they see you in the hallway, stop and chat, hold the elevator, and make you feel like an actual neighbor rather than just another resident in a large building. Those little interactions make such a difference. The same goes for the front desk team. They know the residents, remember you, greet you, and create such a welcoming feeling when you walk through the doors. There’s something really comforting about coming home and seeing familiar faces who know who you are. But don’t mistake how friendly they are for being lax about security. They take protecting the building and its residents seriously. They make sure people coming into the building actually have a reason to be there, know who they’re visiting, and are properly sent up to the correct floor. I really appreciate that balance — I feel welcomed and known when I come home, but I also feel protected. You can have a beautiful apartment anywhere, but the people running and caring for a building are what ultimately determine what it’s like to live there. Between my unit, the responsiveness of management, the incredibly efficient and friendly maintenance team, and the front desk staff who make the building feel both welcoming and secure, I genuinely love calling this place home. I’m very happy I chose to live here and would absolutely recommend it.
