What are the income and credit qualifications?
Page 6 of the application includes the requirements (sreholdings.com/rental-application) — I’ve included them here as well for easy reference:
The rental application process will be split into
two phases:
1) Pre-Qualification and
2) Criminal Background Check.
By signing below, you give your authorization and approval to the Landlord to evaluate your application in the Pre- Qualification phase based on the following factors:
• Credit scores - Minimum credit score required is 650.
PLEASE NOTE- we do accept co-signors for applicants that may not meet the minimum requirement. (You give the Landlord authorization to use your Social Security Number)
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Unfortunately, SRE Holdings does not offer short-term nor month to month leases.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, all of SRE Holdings apartments come unfurnished. New tenants will need to bring their furniture to furnish the apartment. However, several local furniture rental stores visit our resources to view a list of furniture rental companies serving our locations.
Am I required to have renters' insurance?
SRE Holdings strongly recommends our tenants have renter’s insurance, but it is not required.
Can I fill out an application online?
Yes, our application and directions can be found at sreholdings.com/rental-application. Please note your application is not considered “complete” until we receive a completed application, copy of identification, proof of income, and application fee.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Tenants can submit a maintenance request on our website at sreholdings.com/maintenance-request.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Unfortunately, tenants cannot install satellite dishes at any of our buildings.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
SRE does not get involved with the forwarding or receiving of any incoming mail or packages at our buildings.
Do You Allow Pets?
Yes, there are no breed or size restrictions, but there is a 2-pet max. We do have a $50 per month flat pet fee.
