Avoid this building. The negative reviews are accurate and I wish I could rate it zero.
Rent gets upcharged with little warning or explanation. The roach complaints are also real; one resident I know moved out within two weeks because of it.
If you don’t give 60 days’ notice before moving out, expect threats of debt collection over a late fee — followed, three months later, by a surprise $800 charge for scratched counter tops? Many times I have seen people arguing in the leasing office/ front desk about hidden charges and ridiculous reasonings, and that is very true. DO NOT MOVE HERE I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH. ILL LIVE IN THE STREET BEFORE I LIVE HERE.

Never even start an application here. On my first application that I had to cancel due to outside factors I never got a check back for the admin fee even though it has been close to a month ago and I have emailed them multiple times. Then on my second application they denied me randomly without a reason even though I met every qualification, and I still haven't received a check from them for that. I keep calling them but only an ai will answer me and no humans will respond. Then they sent me an email saying only one of the checks will be sent to me in about a month even though mail from where I am to them only takes 2 days to get from one point to another. If they don't respond with a human I will be taking legal action

Terrible experience overall. Management is unresponsive, elevators are constantly out of service, and billing was a mess. My lease end date was entered wrong in their system, and I got charged for additional days I never lived there. When I brought it to their attention no one took real ownership of fixing it. Between the maintenance issues and the billing headaches, I would not recommend this building to anyone.

I would give them half a star if that was an option. From the beginning, its been a rough experience with the leasing office.
Even just trying to learn about the property is hard - nobody answers the phone or responds to emails and your left with an AI bot that is subpar. Once you do apply, your left dealing with the so called "leasing specialist" are incredibly hard to get a hold of and repeatedly ignored my emails. I would assume part of the leasing specialist job requirements are to respond to inquiries and help make the application process seamless, but its anything but that. What should take max 1 week went on for 3 weeks. After moving in, I see the "leasing specialist" I worked with, in his office working late hours - what is he doing if not responding? My lease finally came through the day before it was supposed to start.
Another prominent issue is the elevators. For a building with 49 floors, why is only 1/4 elevators working?
The location is convenient, but there are several aspects that are just hard to overlook.

(Update: I see a reply has been posted. It’s the excuse I expected—just the usual, useless spiel about how "safety comes first." I suppose the apartment staff consider over a month without any specific reason to be "limited period." They certainly have a unique definition of patience. Also, did they conveniently leave out any explanation regarding the manager's behavior—the issue I raised in the email that went unanswered?) !!!Please Read!!! everyone who is planning to move in Presidential towers: I expose the reality behind this building, which appears beautifully decorated. The behavior of the Tower 1 manager is truly irresponsible. An elevator in Tower 1 is currently out of order; initially, they promised to fix it within a week. That promise was broken. About two weeks later, the necessary parts finally arrived, only for us to receive an email stating that our parts had been diverted to repair an elevator in another tower because that situation was deemed more urgent. I was already absolutely furious at this point. Then, perhaps another two weeks went by, and they simply copy-pasted the exact same email—without changing a single character—and sent it to us again. It contained the usual platitudes about how our safety is the top priority and apologies for the delay, but at this stage, those are nothing more than excuses. I believe the situation regarding safety and the prolonged delay has reached a point where it is no longer acceptable. We pay monthly management fees, yet considering that a simple matter like this cannot be handled properly, I find myself questioning why we pay them at all. To the Tower 1 manager: what exactly do you get paid for? Why am I writing this review? I want everyone to know about this; I sent an email, but the manager never replied. This suggests that the matter is being ignored. I can't wait to hear their excuse for this. Oh, by the way, the elevator? Still not fixed! At this point, I'm just used to it. (Furthermore between the dryer glitches in the laundry room and the noise issues, I could easily fill a book with all the problems here.)
