  Micah was so great to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole touring process easy. He answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional he was. If you're looking for someone who genuinely makes the experience stress free, I definitely recommend asking to tour with him!

  My daughter submitted an application over four weeks ago and still have not received a decision or meaningful update. Whenever additional documents or information were requested, we provided them promptly, yet communication from the management team has been extremely poor. It often takes several days to receive a response—if one comes at all. Reaching anyone by phone is nearly impossible, and emails frequently go unanswered. The application and administrative fees were collected immediately, but it’s difficult to understand what the administrative fee is covering given the lack of communication and follow-through. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that I’m questioning whether I would feel comfortable having my daughter live there. Good communication is essential, and unfortunately, that has been completely lacking throughout this process.

  I usually don’t make reviews but I value honest input, so here it goes after living here for almost 2 years …. I would only give Presidential Towers a 5/10 rating and overall would not recommended it to my friends. Pros include the fair prices for the square footage (in the West Loop) and the quick maintenance response times. But, there are many cons including frequently malfunctioning washers and dryers, turning on the AC too late in the spring and too early in the Fall which is very uncomfortable and affects quality of life for a few weeks a year when it happens. Cons are also lacking an included gym and a very overpriced parking garage next door of $325 per vehicle. As far as the move out process, it went smoothly overall

  I want to take a moment to formally recognize Paris and Chena who are the leasing and property managers here at Presidential Towers. They went above and beyond to make sure I have a top notch leasing and moving in experience here. I am certain Paris communicates with hundreds of anxious, prospective residents every month, but what truly stood out was her empathy even in a specific case such as mine. She completely understood that while leasing logistics are a standard day at work for her, choosing an apartment and signing a lease is a major life decision for me. Paris in close partnership with Chena ensured a smooth move-in for me which has uplifted my experience here already. They both listened to me patiently and understood my situation and requirements well to then help me move quickly into the right unit. Their exceptional coordination, speed, and customer-first mindset have set a remarkably high standard.

  Hi another big shoutout today for showing courage and professionalism in the workplace. Yet, she never faulted or fell short of her assignments. At such a young age she has the makings of a great business woman who will not only thrive but will bring prosperity to everyone she helps. I love seeing women in charge because my mom Ms. Jackie Swift was always the master and commander of my household growing up. So I’m excited and looking to see all the great things she will do here at Presidential Towers
