Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the residents truly stand out. She treats everyone with respect and makes people feel welcomed and valued. I really appreciate everything Jessica does for this community and the positive difference she makes every day. She is truly an asset to the community!

There was a shooting in the lobby here and residents weren’t informed by management until almost 12 hours later. Same day, management announced a change in hours and there has not been anyone on site since. 0/10. Would never recommend any one to move here

There are always surprised at how beautiful the building is and they are just in the lobby. When they walk in my apartment they are even more stunned. Its a great quiet place to live. Its hard to pull of modern and fresh in a historic building, but they pull it off to perfection. Make sure to ask about the shower (yes indeed). Leasing agents, front desk, maintenance.. all very friendly and willing to always help. Secure parking and control-access into the building are my favorite two features. Time to leave you now and head upstairs and enjoy the view from the rooftop.
