  The front door staff of this place is a joke 😂 visiting and I lose a key, the door guy is asleep and tells me I need to go wait till 4AM.

  1-star: Poor climate control, noise issues, safety concerns, and dismissive management Air conditioning is not consistently turned on during spring and fall. Bedroom temperatures in the apartment have stayed in the 80s well into the evening, even with windows open and fans on. With windows and doors open to try to cool units down, residents are also dealing with significant road and train noise, making it difficult to sleep or stay comfortable. Despite extended periods of warm weather, there has been no clear communication or timeline for when the AC will be turned on, and it may not be activated until May. In response to resident complaints, management suggested coping tips instead of addressing the issue directly, including building-wide notification which included a recommendation to “dampen a washcloth or towel and place it on your neck or wrists to help regulate body temperature.” This felt out of touch given the cost of living here. There are also ongoing safety concerns around the property, including homeless individuals along the riverwalk outside the building and occasionally sleeping in the parking garage elevator bank. Communication from the building manager, Daphne, has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when residents raise legitimate concerns. For the price point and location, the lack of basic climate control, responsiveness, and overall management is unacceptable.
