  I can't recommend Julie Chesne highly enough! Selling my condo could have been incredibly stressful since I had already relocated out of state, but Julie took charge of the entire process and made everything as seamless as possible. From coordinating every detail to keeping me informed every step of the way, her communication was outstanding throughout the entire transaction. One of the best decisions I made was listening to Julie's recommendation to stage the property. She was confident it would help attract buyers quickly, and she was absolutely right. Thanks to her exceptional pricing and marketing strategy, we received a full-price offer immediately after the first open house! As a former Realtor myself, I have very high standards and am extremely meticulous when it comes to real estate transactions. Julie exceeded every expectation I had. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, and strategic approach were evident from day one. What truly set Julie apart, however, was what happened near the finish line. Our closing was unexpectedly delayed due to the buyer's mortgage company. Rather than letting the transaction stall, Julie went above and beyond over the Memorial Day weekend, tirelessly coordinating between the buyer's mortgage company, the HOA's insurance company, and the insurance agent to keep everything moving. Most agents would have waited until after the holiday, but Julie's professionalism, persistence, and tenacity ensured we got the transaction closed. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, strategic, communicative, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, Julie is the one. I would recommend her without hesitation!

  Julie and Chris were extremely helpful and attentive to any questions I had and were always able to make the time that I needed for viewings, I’d recommend them to anyone and appreciate all the work they put in to my home search!

  Julie Chesne was truly wonderful to work with during the sale of my home. This was a big process for me, and I had a lot to organize and manage along the way. Julie was incredibly patient, caring, professional, and supportive through it all. She helped coordinate everything, kept the process moving, and made what felt overwhelming at times so much easier to get through. Chris was also wonderful, and together they went above and beyond for me. They are genuinely kind, caring people, and that meant more to me than I can say. The closing was seamless, and thanks to Julie’s expertise, my home sold above asking price. I’m deeply grateful for all of their help and would wholeheartedly recommend Julie to anyone looking for someone who is not only excellent at what she does, but who truly cares.

  Thanks to Julie and her team my house sold within a couple of weeks above the asking price. They made the entire process manageable especially since I was moving out of state. I would highly recommend them to anyone either buying or selling a home, you'll never find more committed talented people that really have their clients best interests at heart first and foremost, it's wonderful working with them.   We reached that point in life when it was time to sell our home. I immediately thought of JDC Group having met Julie before when she helped my parents look at apartments. Julie is an amazing real estate agent. Her vast knowledge and years of experience along with her professionalism make her someone you can trust. She is also a wonderful human who is caring and kind. Julie thinks of all the necessary details. Her partner Chris is also wonderful to work with. They are a formidable team and have gone above and beyond for us when we were selling our home. Julie worked hard, she even hosted 2 open houses. We ended up with 4 contracts on our home because of high interest and sold our home in 2 months. I highly recommend Julie and Chris!
