  Julie Chesne was truly wonderful to work with during the sale of my home. This was a big process for me, and I had a lot to organize and manage along the way. Julie was incredibly patient, caring, professional, and supportive through it all. She helped coordinate everything, kept the process moving, and made what felt overwhelming at times so much easier to get through. Chris was also wonderful, and together they went above and beyond for me. They are genuinely kind, caring people, and that meant more to me than I can say. The closing was seamless, and thanks to Julie’s expertise, my home sold above asking price. I’m deeply grateful for all of their help and would wholeheartedly recommend Julie to anyone looking for someone who is not only excellent at what she does, but who truly cares.

  We reached that point in life when it was time to sell our home. I immediately thought of JDC Group having met Julie before when she helped my parents look at apartments. Julie is an amazing real estate agent. Her vast knowledge and years of experience along with her professionalism make her someone you can trust. She is also a wonderful human who is caring and kind. Julie thinks of all the necessary details. Her partner Chris is also wonderful to work with. They are a formidable team and have gone above and beyond for us when we were selling our home. Julie worked hard, she even hosted 2 open houses. We ended up with 4 contracts on our home because of high interest and sold our home in 2 months. I highly recommend Julie and Chris!
