  Julie truly is the best! She made the process of buying my first home incredibly smooth and was so patient in making sure I understood each step. Throughout the process I was living 8 hours away. Julie was willing to schedule days with multiple tours and complete walkthroughs with me over zoom. Her knowledge and guidance made it possible to win a highly competitive bidding situation. When some issues were discovered while under contract, she did an amazing job communicating with the seller's agent to ensure the issues were addressed and I could feel confident heading into closing. I couldn't recommend Julie enough!! :)

  Julie is fantastic. She helped me buy my first condo, sell it and buy my second condo. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the market, pricing strategy and negotiating. In addition, her patience, enthusiasm and support were so welcome and needed. She truly wants you to find a place you will love - she cares about you and your needs. A great communicator. I would recommend her to everyone!

  I can't recommend Julie Chesne highly enough! Selling my condo could have been incredibly stressful since I had already relocated out of state, but Julie took charge of the entire process and made everything as seamless as possible. From coordinating every detail to keeping me informed every step of the way, her communication was outstanding throughout the entire transaction. One of the best decisions I made was listening to Julie's recommendation to stage the property. She was confident it would help attract buyers quickly, and she was absolutely right. Thanks to her exceptional pricing and marketing strategy, we received a full-price offer immediately after the first open house! As a former Realtor myself, I have very high standards and am extremely meticulous when it comes to real estate transactions. Julie exceeded every expectation I had. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, and strategic approach were evident from day one. What truly set Julie apart, however, was what happened near the finish line. Our closing was unexpectedly delayed due to the buyer's mortgage company. Rather than letting the transaction stall, Julie went above and beyond over the Memorial Day weekend, tirelessly coordinating between the buyer's mortgage company, the HOA's insurance company, and the insurance agent to keep everything moving. Most agents would have waited until after the holiday, but Julie's professionalism, persistence, and tenacity ensured we got the transaction closed. If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable, strategic, communicative, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, Julie is the one. I would recommend her without hesitation!

  Julie and Chris were extremely helpful and attentive to any questions I had and were always able to make the time that I needed for viewings, I’d recommend them to anyone and appreciate all the work they put in to my home search!

  My Chicago real estate for life - I worked with Julie since 2014, when I bought my investment property condo. At that time she was extremely patient with me on visiting numerous condos and provide me very honest opinions on those condos pro/cons. I bought one and she was my agent for helping renting several times in last 8 years. I moved out Chicago since 2016, to California, and now I just moved to Texas. Julie has been contacting me all these years and keep my address updated. I got her family newsletter every month. Always good to know her life stories each month and make me feel she is really a friend of mine for years. Early this year, I decided to sell my condo. Of course I contacted Julie. She immediately took actions working on it, while I was in Texas. The entire process, I didn’t have to go to Chicago at all! Total worry free. She did have to schedule some handyman and electrician work but she managed got things done. She was also very good negotiator. She always wanted me to get more money, instead of selling it quickly. I am sure Julie and I will still keep in contact. And she is indeed my Chicago realtor for life.
