  I cannot recommend this building enough! The staff at Flair took care of me the 1.5 year I spent living there. Sam & Derek at the front desk are the absolutely best! I was there through the transition between Windsor management to Waterton management. Typically these management transitions come with pains but Waterton went out of their way to make the transition at Flair as seamless as possible. I was going to be homeless for a week in between apartments (leaving Flair) & was accommodated to stay that week at a prorated rate because my unit still hadn’t been taken off the market. That saved me the stress of having to put my crap in storage! Derek (front desk) even helped me with my move out of the building. Waterton even tried to win me back by offering me a far better deal to keep my apartment than Windsor was willing to offer originally. They were incredibly accommodating even when I lost my keys the last day of my lease…. Today, 4 months after leaving, I get a call from Sam (front desk) that I mistakenly had a package sent there & was holding it for me to pick up. Luckily I didn’t move too far away so I was able to come in & grab it. This is a spectacular place to live for location & convenience, but even more so because of the staff. I appreciate (& miss) them dearly!

  This was my first home in Chicago. Nothing but great things to say about the apartments and the staff that took care of the building. My pup and I enjoyed our 2+ years here. I will always have a special place in my heart for Flair Tower!

  My wife and I have lived here for 3+ years. A great property in one of the best parts of river north. Shared spaces have received great updates in 2022, units are spacious with great views, door staff is amazing, and the building has special charm. We are staying for a 4th year.

  I have lived here going on four years and I would never stay so long in an apartment building if it didn’t feel like home. Truly the most respectful and caring staff (Derek and Sam are the best) and management (Jennifer is amazing- extremely responsive and proactive). We just love it here. And the floor to ceiling windows in the apartment is a great plus :). Thank you!
