- MKMichelle KaneNov 26, 20244.0My sister and I toured the 2701 building, which is very nice and well-kept, with a variety of amenities to offer. Before the tour, Theodore, the leasing agent, was very friendly, professional, and very helpful. He thoroughly explains the application process and answers any questions, ensuring that there is no confusion prior to the tour. This was quite helpful; this would also be ideal if all leasing agents would follow the same protocol so that tenants are not startled upon moving in. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We love the kitchen's oak flooring and stainless-steel appliances. The laundry area was nice & clean, with new washers; the health and exercise center, community room, and resident lounge are just a few of the other many amenities available to all renters. Not to mention the stunning view of the skyline and Lake Michigan. The availability of parking is the only issue that maybe somewhat of an inconvenience. Theodore did clarify that parking lots 1 and 2, which are near the building, fill up fast, which is understandable. Therefore, lot 4, which is a bit further from the building, would be the only one with plenty of parking. Apart from that, the tour was nice and so are the apartments.
