  Word of advice: Read the comment regarding avoiding moving in next to the tenants in 210 in the 2727 building. Never in my LIFE have I been surrounded by such inconsiderate human beings. The tenants are LOUD and constantly fighting/arguing/shouting and when they aren't doing that, they're busy playing loud music at 10:00am on a weekday when people who work from home are trying to work. Annoying children constantly are making messes (and not cleaning them up, not sure if this includes other tenants children) and riding around the hallways on their bikes and other things (which they aren't allowed to do). I don't understand why common sense or courtesy does not occur to these people but I've really had it with these neighbors and will celebrate if/when they ever move out. The stuff they do violates numerous points in their rental contract and I'm appalled that they haven't been evicted for all of their BS.

  Very unresponsive management,we are doing follow up for lease renewal since one month no one reply or call back.Also they are denying to do internal maintenance which is needed for sanity such as bath repairy.Security concerns in common area,lack of security.

  As a resident at York Terrace, I have nothing but praises to management and maintenance. They are a professional and approachable staff that work hard to maintain the cleanliness, safety and quietness of this large property everyday. But as residents, we have to take responsibility of conducting ourselves in a dignified and respectable manner with our neighbors and management to maintain a safe and enjoyable community. However, I think its unfortunate that someone would complaint about having too much "HEAT" during the winter months when the temperature is frigid, or complaint about a loud television or radio. Recently I took the initiative to refuse a similar noise problem, I politely asked my neighbor to adjust their television or radio, etc... At that point, my neighbor complied with my request and there was no need to report the matter to management. So, let's keep in mind, like any other large apartment complex there will be noise at some point. Most importantly, I was impressed the way management and maintenance took preventative measures to control an infestation outbreak this summer. They contracted a extermination company to conduct a special treatment for the trash compactors, chute rooms and trap doors, etc... In addition, routine extermination service is provided every month free of charge. Also, whenever I go to the office the staff is always courteous and my work order requests are always completed in a timely manner just to mention a few. For this reason, I have referral several of my colleagues from work to reside here. So I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire staff for their professionalism and dedication.
