It is disheartening to encounter recurring issues with maintenance services. The second instance of the hot water supply being completely unavailable for at least three to four days without prior notification has been a significant concern. Despite multiple calls, including leaving voice messages and visiting the office, the situation has not improved.
After three days of the water outage, a letter was left at the door. I have a child, which has added to my concerns. I have been persistent in contacting the office, leaving voice messages, going to the resident portal to put in work orders and speaking with Robin Victoria. However, robin stated she will let them team know on Monday, but no one has arrived.
I have also reported the issue to Victoria, the property manager, who informed me that she was in a meeting and did not return my call. She has requested that I remove my previous review, which I refuse to do.
On Friday, I visited the office again, and a new individual assured me that someone would arrive on Friday. However, no one has come, and I have consistently observed maintenance person walking around in the back.
Additionally, I am experiencing persistent issues with flies entering my house due to improperly sealed windows. Strong winds during rainy weather causing water to seep through the windows, resulting in a significant water stain on the sealing.
Furthermore, I have noticed that certain days, maintenance personnel feel comfortable entering my apartment from a previous incident. As a team, they need to improve their behavior and ensure that all residents are treated with respect and dignity.
I have uploaded photographs to Visible to illustrate the extent of the issues I am facing. Upon entering my house, I am often greeted by a swarm of flies, which disrupt my cooking and blinds.
