  I recently toured Cassidy on Canal, and I was truly impressed. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and valued. In particular, Anesa went above and beyond to make me feel at home. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me get a feel for the community. She even invited me to the Christmas party, which gave me the opportunity to meet residents and experience the sense of community firsthand. I haven’t felt that level of excitement and positive energy in quite some time, and that says a lot. Overall, Cassidy on Canal is a phenomenal place to live — excellent service, a clean and well-maintained property, and a welcoming atmosphere. Although I ultimately decided to live elsewhere due to proximity to my job, I would absolutely recommend Cassidy on Canal to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

  Best apartment building I’ve lived in. The Staff from concierge to leasing and management is top notch. Love the maintenance team. I can name them all and they’re all legit. Kristin and team in office have done a tremendous job! .. amenities are best I’ve seen. Keep it up!

  Super smooth move in. The whole management and maintenance team is top notch. Units are beautiful and the location is unbeatable.

  Toured the building, my touring agent was very knowledgeable and helpful during the tour. She answered all my questions and made the tour experience very pleasant. The building is well designed and you get your moneys worth with all that will be available in this brand new construction. I can’t wait to move in!
