Lauren Ramiro, the Community Association Manager for my condo Building, 222 East Pearson is not only rude and has no customer service skills but takes days and several email follow ups for her to attend the needs of her residents. She does not represent An Associa Company in the way you have treated us before her arrival. If I was on the board I would demand her replacement or a new company that can provide the right talent to look after residents with grace and care.

So they make you give stars, you can't give zero I wish I could give zero. They are pitiful. This company is beyond horrible I hade issues with them several years ago. Now again having issues. They have a call center taking their calls and they can't have the common courtesy to call you back, I called Tuesday morning at 9:40 am and it's Friday night and no call.back. And they seriously get paid to do this type of job. I am in customer service they again are a disgrace.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Currently live at Front Street Lofts and Bridgette manages our building. She is not responsive and ignores any requests, she is absolutely useless. I have asked for her to give me her supervisors contact as she can’t get anything accomplished, and still can’t get it. So if someone higher up is seeing this, I would love to be contacted.

The absolute worst management company on earth! We lived in a condo, and had this company as our HOA Association. They dinged us for a few small infractions, ones that “seasoned” residents didn’t get letters for, didn’t get harassed about. We put up a small fence on one side of our patio. Our neighbors dog kept coming onto our patio, which was not allowed. We then received a nasty note telling us to take the fence down. How were we to keep their dog off our property? Associa Didn’t care! We were gone for 1 day, we got a note that our trash can wasn’t put inside. We put the can inside as soon as we got home! We asked if our patio could be extended with pavers since we saw multiple different homes with extended pavers on their patios, we were told “No, that we couldn’t and that it was something older residents can do, but not us.”. Then I fell down on the sidewalk which was horribly icy, I was bruised on the right side of my body. I called the HOA to ask if they would help with my medical bills, and advised them that they needed to de-ice the sidewalks because for some reason they were getting abnormally full of ice, as water was sitting on the sidewalks and then freezing leading to a dangerous situation for residents. They told me they “would not help pay for my medical bills and would not take care of the sidewalks.”. This and many other things were and are very wrong with this company. After moving out of our condo and selling it to someone else (whom we didn’t and don’t know) we have received and keep receiving multiple phone calls from this company about the sold property, and it’s bordering on harassment. We have repeatedly told them we don’t live there anymore, we have asked them to take our number off their list. We will see what happens now. If the calls continue we may be seeking legal advice.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this association has been extremely disappointing. The level of follow-up, communication, and responsiveness has been far below what should be expected from a professionally managed property. At the time of move-in, essential items were not prepared or provided, including building access setup, a garage remote, and access to the internal mail/package management app. Despite multiple follow-ups, it has now been two weeks and I am still waiting on the garage door opener and proper access to the building’s mail system. Moving into a new residence should be an organized and welcoming process, not one filled with repeated requests and lack of communication. Tenants should not have to continuously chase management for basic necessities that should have been handled before move-in day. Based on this experience, I would strongly reconsider renting or purchasing within any property managed by this association in the future. I will also be sharing my experience with friends, family, and colleagues so they can make informed decisions before moving here.
