  They do not answer their phones and the main voicemail is not set up. No one answers or returns calls on the other numbers from their website

  No wonder they have such a low ratings… Very inconvenient app-use for homeowners, Unknown charges being taken out of your account without any notices, always MIA when you need them. Absolutely horrible.

  I've called Associa Chicagoland a half dozen times over the past two weeks trying to get to the bottom of why new fees continue to be levied against my account. The telephone agent always replies earnestly that someone will contact me in the next 24, 48 or 72 hours to resolve the issue, but the return call never happens. Why these agents aren't empowered to resolve these issues themselves is beyond me, but this is the way Associa Chicagoland is set up. It's incredibly frustrating to see how unresponsive my homeowner's association is. If there were an option to give them zero stars, I definitely would.
