  Stay there for 3 years and a half. Management was polite and professional. Units are clean and building services run smoothly

  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! Please do not apply here !! I’ve been calling for 3 days to check on status of my application no one EVER returned my phone call what’s the point of leaving a message ... Don’t even bother asking FRONT DESK anything because they don’t know NOTHING !! Worst service I’ve ever encountered with . They make you pay a $400 fee upfront and if you’re not approved they take longer than 30 days to return your money back . THEY need BETTER MANAGEMENT

  I had a chance to do a tour early November. I fell in love with the place, so I completed the application the same week. I paid the $50 fee. It stated that someone would be in contact in 2-3 business days but it’s been almost a month now. I’ve called, left voicemails & sent emails and still no response so this was my last resort. The agent who was responsible for the tour said that this would be a speedy process yet no contact has been made. Hopefully that will change moving forward. I am still hopeful of calling this place home.

  I have to give you a one rating because to date I have only had communications with Elizabeth. I filled out your application, was told information I would have to provide but was not told of the application fee! Yet, I awaited your call so that I could go forward after being placed on two waiting list, and given a confirmation code! Well suffice to say I was made aware of the continued construction,(windows and balconies being installed the outside facade being put into place) however after keeping up with your progress and placing numerous phone calls, emails and text messages,still no response! Now what this has been going on for well over a year! So, now what's next!
