  The building itself is great and SOME truly excellent staff members (Sam and Carlos specifically). The maintenance staff was also generally helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, the biggest challenge during my residency was management communication and consistency. Resident and pet-related policies often seemed to vary depending on who was working, making it difficult to get clear answers or reliable guidance. On multiple occasions, I received conflicting information from different staff members regarding building rules and procedures. Security was another concern. On several occasions, individuals were permitted access to my floor/unit without me being notified beforehand. As a resident, I expected stronger communication and access controls. Property upkeep was also inconsistent. The exterior windows on the east side of the building appeared to go extended periods without being cleaned, and the grass and landscaping outside my unit were often overgrown and poorly maintained. My dog even got a few tick bites from the untreated greenspace. Overall, the building has many positives: a convenient location, modern apartments, and several exceptional frontline employees. However, inconsistent management communication, uneven policy enforcement, security concerns, and lapses in property maintenance made my experience significantly more frustrating than it should have been. I would encourage prospective residents to get important information in writing and to ask detailed questions about building policies before signing a lease.

  Charged for damage they couldn't even explain I recently transferred units within this building and was hit with a $475 flooring charge for my previous unit. When I disputed it, management admitted in writing that they were "not certain" what caused the damage,yet refused to drop the charge. No proof, no cause, just a bill. To make it worse, the new unit I moved into had flooring issues within the first week, and my kitchen countertop still hasn't been fixed despite multiple requests. Maintenance came by and only addressed one thing while leaving the rest unresolved. Throughout this process, the communication went in circles with no real accountability. I've decided to pay the charge just to move on, but I will absolutely not be renewing my lease. If you're considering living here, be very thorough at move-in, document everything with photos and timestamps, and get everything in writing, because you may need it later.

  I've been here for a year now and I love it. The staff is definitely a highlight for me. From the front desk to maintenance everyone is so nice and helpful. I'm excited to renew!

  Our move in was awesome Carlos at front desk did everything to make sure we were able to have adequate time carts and made it smooth. The apartment was clean and move in ready and all Staff have been friendly and any concerns we had were addressed immediately
