  Tried to call them to rent an apartment, have all the cash in hand, n can pass all their checks, but I have to take time out of my busy work schedule making money to come view it. The photos online look great and I know I want it. Why can't landlords just take the money being given to them from hard workers? Anyone who has availability during business hours might not have a good job to pay. Food for thought.

  Please believe the reviews. They only thing good about place is the price and trust you get what you pay for. I currently reside here and planned on moving when the lease was up. They advised the place as updated, but the job was done poorly. Walls are super thin, cheap dry wall, lumps in the floor and cracks between wall and base boards. Not to forget problem with insects. Management is beyond unbelievable. Poor maintenance. First, the windows are old, so on windy days, the windows rattles loudly. They told me there was nothing they can do about it. They placed a notice on my door saying I needed to add someone on the lease who was not residing there at the time. They saw that person there twice and place an application on my door. I left them a message stating that person has not been living with me. A few days later they placed another note on my door to rescind the offer to renew lol. Just terrible.

  My application to get an apartment was denied by this place. Crazy times. No repossessions or evictions on my background. Never filed for bankruptcy in my life and my credit score is above 700. So that leaves me to believe it was denied because I'm......... What's even crazier is they denied me even with the job I have had for 18yrs. Smdh.

  Worst place to live. I'd say the only good thing I would say is the safety and thats because the police station is across the street. Anything else horrible. No privacy, tells you everything last minute no warning. Got my car towed for no reason. The property manager rude and money hungry. I'd rather live in a box on the side of the expressway then live here.
