  My entire experience with this company has been excellent. I can only bestow the highest praise upon Carmie. From the beginning to end she was patient, assisting me with all my questions and walked me through when I got stuck. Carmie displayed exceptional customer service at all times and I'm so thankful she was so willing and able to assist. If I could I would give PMI and Carmie five stars two times.
