  Carmie was the most professional nicest person I have spoken to through PMI she took care of every concern which was at least six of them she took care of them properly and perfectly and was so nice and understanding I wish I PMI had a lot more of her

  Asked to see an apartment, went to see it two days later on my day off. Did the application immediately after due to falling in love with the place. Then 2 hours later after paying the pet fees and application fee all together being $120 for me and $60 for my coapp. I was told the apartment was no longer available and they could posssibly refund us or transfer the application. I went to sign up to tour another apartment the next day as by the time all was said and done it was 6pm. 40 minutes before our tour today I was told its been leased. Mind you both of these have been on the market since may. They did not update their touring website is what I am assuming happened. I have lost time and not to mention gas is not exactly cheap right now. I was told we could look at other properties but all they have is in decatur...no thanks. Thanks for wasting one of my two days off.
