  Where do I start? This is simply the best and nicest place I have ever lived. Wendi is an amazing property manager and it reflects the property and staff. I can not speak highly enough of Watersedge as a whole. The maintenance staff is so helpful and super quick to respond. Yes, even at 1 am when your upstairs neighbor had a water leak into your apartment. It didn't take them more than 5 minutes to respond. I am so lucky to have lived there. I moved into a house with my boyfriend, or I would still be there. I was in tears leaving. A personal bitter sweet moment for me. Wendi and her staff set the bar extremely high when it comes to property management.

  I lived at WatersEdge for two years and only left because I purchased a house. Everyone working for the leasing office and maintenance were friendly and made me feel like I was in a safe environment. I loved my apartment and will miss living at WatersEdge!

  My wife and I have lived here for a year now and renewed the lease. The maintenance crew has been top notch, and I find that in most cases even for non-emergency requests they arrive same day or next day. Any issues we have are resolved very quickly. Office staff have always been friendly as well. For being right next to Prospect Ave, we hear occasional traffic noise but overall it's much quieter than expected. The location is perfect since we're close to Walmart, Meijer and AMC theater and several restaurants. It's nice being so close to so much in a quiet location, we plan to stay here until we buy a home
