- ASAarav SinhaSep 16, 20261.0I have had a consistently terrible, frustrating, and unacceptable experience with this apartment. It starts when I go to get my lease, the agent shows us one price and when we go to sign the price is roughly 50 dollars higher, then they randomly assign us to a top floor where they will charge you an extra 30 dollars even though you never agreed to it. The final straw is now, when the lock to my room suddenly stops working and I am stranded with all of my valuables and work related items inside of the room because they choose to use a “modern” lock system instead of physical locks like normal people. Every issue I’ve had with this apartment always ends with “just deal with it and move on” there is no compensation it’s just scummy tactics and shady behaviors. Please and I mean please, under no circumstances sign with this predatory leasing agency. They will suck every penny they can out of you and spit in your face afterwards.
- RJrxz jackSep 14, 20261.0Change the front desk and manager ,or seven07 will get more one star rating . most of the front desk lady and manager is mean. Oh why ? Because every time I ask a question they give me a attitude for no reason ,even the most easy question , I also saw they gave other residents attitude . when I asked to a room change I have to email and going down stairs talk to them everyday to remind them, or They gonna forget . But eventually I got it . Took too much work for me ,it’s their job to do so .
- A朱宇轩Sep 10, 20264.0The deliver experience is awesome, but still need to improve the efficiency of maintenance.
- AKAnthony KassirSep 9, 20261.0This place always FILTHY. Ridiculously overpriced, just cus there are amenities does not mean they can charge so much for disgusting living conditions. Not to mention the pre existing scratches on my walls, a broken cabinet, and a leaky sink upon arrival. DISGUSTING. DONT LIVE HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY
- BBbrandonSep 9, 20261.0Unfathomably disgusting and the staff don't pay mind to the filth. Bugs and flies throughout the floors as well.
