  I called Ryan. He came out the next day. Put some numbers together. The next day Josh showed my house. And later that day. I had an offer for full asking price. Total of 27 hours on the market. WOW! Is all I can say. What an awesome experience ! What a great team! Highly recommend!

  My realtor Kaitie was the best option I could have had. She was with me every step of the way and helped ease any stress or anxiety I had every step of the way. It was definitely the best possible outcome when I clicked request a tour on Zillow! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

  Our Realtor Josh was the absolute best. Josh is much more than just acting as our Realtor. He was an advisor, a teacher, a coach, a counselor, and most important.......a friend. We went through some rough patches during the sale of our house, and Josh maintained excellent communication and explained things and the process in terms we could easily follow and understand. In other words, he was right there for us during the tough times. In out opinion, Josh is the best Realtor in the champaign area. My best compliment i could give anyone is: Would i ask Josh to be our Realtor again, if the need ever presents itself? The answer is: A definite "YES"......we would use no one else
