  I’ve been living here for 6 months now and I’ve had no complaints. The maintenance team is super quick and always keeps the grounds very clean The apartments overall are very clean, modernized and affordable. Would recommend living here to anyone!

  I am incredibly impressed with The Greenway! The property is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The apartments themselves are kept in such great condition that they truly feel new. The entire staff, from the leasing office to the maintenance team, is professional, kind, and caring. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been handled promptly, with great attention and professionalism. The housekeeping team also does a wonderful job keeping the buildings and common areas clean and welcoming. The community amenities are outstanding as well. The fitness center, swimming pool, BBQ area, computer station, and coffee station are all wonderful additions that make living here even more enjoyable. Another thing I greatly appreciate is the atmosphere of the community. The residents are respectful, friendly, and quiet, which makes The Greenway feel peaceful and comfortable. I have lived in different states and in several apartment communities over the years, and The Greenway is definitely at the top of my list. You can truly see that the management and staff care about both the property and the people who live here. My dog and I are so happy to call The Greenway home! ❤️

  Overall, I really enjoy living here. It’s a quiet and safe community, and the maintenance staff is amazing—always quick to respond and very helpful. They truly deserve a 10/10. The only downside is that there are constant emails about complaints from neighbors. I understand that everyone should respect the community rules, but it feels like too much weight is given to complaints about normal everyday situations, such as a dog barking occasionally at home or in the park, or a reasonable amount of noise. If you have a pet, especially a dog, keep in mind that some neighbors seem to complain very easily, and management takes those complaints very seriously. I think it would be better to evaluate each situation individually and distinguish between ongoing disturbances and normal day-to-day living. Other than that, my experience living here has been very positive.

  Maintenance crew is super fast handling requests and very responsive. They are pleasant and never too busy to get the work done

  The doors are very heavy and loud. The parking is terrible if you get home too late. My opinion I think you should give every tenant 1 parking space.
