  I lived here for four years and was truly happy throughout my entire stay. Carrie and her team were always responsive, friendly, and professional, including the maintenance staff. Whenever I had an issue, they responded promptly and resolved it to my satisfaction. I had to move due to changes in my career and personal life, but I would undoubtedly live here again if I ever returned to the area. I highly recommend this community. ———— Viví aquí durante cuatro años y fui completamente feliz. Carrie y todo su equipo siempre fueron diligentes, amables y profesionales, incluido el personal de mantenimiento. Cada vez que tuve algún inconveniente, respondieron oportunamente y lo resolvieron de manera satisfactoria. Tuve que mudarme debido a cambios laborales y personales, pero sin duda volvería a vivir aquí si regresara a la zona. Recomiendo este lugar con total confianza.

  I've lived here for 5 yrs , I've enjoyed being a part of this beautiful community, enjoyed the grounds the pool, and forest preserve next door. Staff and maintenance are amazing , whenever I had an issue it was addressed immediately- girls in the office are friendly and kind, but manager Carrie and assistant manager Thelma have always been kind and sweet address issues and concerns that I may have had. This place, the office girls and my apartment always felt like home- but it is time for a new chapter, I would definitely recommend living here.

  Worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. The rent increases every year, at least 40% since starting a lease, and the communication from management can be extremely stressful. Especially frustrating having legal action threatened or pursued over rent even after the month had been paid on an agreed upon date. If you ever have an unexpected situation come up, don’t assume that paying what you owe will necessarily prevent things from escalating with lawyers!!! The entire process can feel extremely rushed and stressful. Hearing other residents experiences make me upset to see what they like putting people through. The biggest issue, though, has been the condition of the property. There have been recurring pest and rodent problems throughout the building, along with unpleasant odors and carpet issues in common areas. Pest control comes through regularly, but the fact that it is needed so frequently says enough. You have residents arguing and screaming with other residents and lots of cops. Cracks and issues at every corner of the apartment but very sure they’ll charge even more for that. The fire alarm was disconnected for weeks before repair because god forbid there’s an emergency. Very confident in charging for this place like a high end apartment though! Overall, I’ve never felt particularly comfortable or relaxed living here. The property may look fine at first, but living here has been a very different experience. I would strongly recommend doing your research and talking to current residents before signing a lease.

  St.Charles Square apartment is a really good place to live. I've lived here for 3 years now I have no problem with anything close to shopping and all kind of places to enjoy restaurants of any kind very nice people very nice management and Care takers of property management
