  St.Charles Square apartment is a really good place to live. I've lived here for 3 years now I have no problem with anything close to shopping and all kind of places to enjoy restaurants of any kind very nice people very nice management and Care takers of property management

  SCAMMERS!!!!! We applied for an apartment, but then changed our minds after reading reviews about a cockroach problem. They charged us $100 for the application. After we emailed them expressing our concerns about the cockroaches, they never responded. We decided to withdraw our application, but two days later they charged another $100 from our account. Emily called me and said they would refund the money by sending a check, which she said would take 3–4 weeks to arrive. After a month, I called her, and she claimed they had already sent it and would send another one if it hadn't arrived. Every time I called, she gave me a different excuse and kept making promises she never kept. She would say, "I'll call you on Monday," or "I'll get back to you tomorrow," but she never did.

  Avoid at all costs. First month we lived there mold was growing on the wall above our bed and the wall caved in from the months of previous mold growth. Mold testing came after and we were unable to get any information from the actual company - only through the leasing office. We had to demand to be put into a hotel while the treatment was taking place. Then we dealt with cockroaches for weeks, they would walk in and walk out without spraying or providing any further treatment. They will gaslight you and belittle you or simply not respond. Paint chips constantly (not safe for your children or pets). Spend your money literally anywhere else.

  Stayed there for two years. Management was always good. Great place to live if you like doing outdoor stuff.
