  Best apartment ever. Beautiful space and setting. Walk to river trail from the back porch. Amazing staff who care about every detail. Friendly neighbors but also plenty of privacy.

  My spouse and I have lived at 301 Riverwalk Place Apartments for ~1 year now and we only have positive things to say about this property and community. Though the building itself is not "brand new" (a positive imo), it is certainly well maintained, well built, and super quiet! We hardly ever hear neighbors inside our unit. When we encounter fellow residents outside, everyone is always so friendly! There is a great effort from tenants to garner a sense of community at 301. Perks of living here include on-site food trucks, car detailing, dry cleaning delivery, social nights, and beyond! Moreover, the property manager, Darcie, is exceptional. She is kind, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents and community. The same goes for the facility staff. It’s rare to find management that is both so organized and so personable. Darcie and her team are just awesome, enough said! We chose to live here to be close to nature, and have been overwhelmingly impressed by 301.

  My wife and I have lived at 301 N Riverwalk Place for one year, and it has been an amazing experience. We actually waited two months for an opening because we knew this was the building we wanted to be in and it was absolutely worth it. The building is extremely well maintained, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Our sixth-floor unit overlooks the Des Plaines River Trail and sits above the tree line, so the views are honestly beautiful year-round. One of the biggest things we cared about was noise, and this building has been incredibly peaceful, we don’t ever hear our neighbors while in our unit. The community here is fantastic. Everyone is quiet, courteous, and friendly, and it genuinely feels like a community where people respect one another. The building is also very pet friendly. My wife and I actually adopted a dog while living here, and the walking trails around the property are phenomenal. The garage and common areas are consistently kept clean and maintained, and management does a great job organizing resident events like food trucks, car detailing days, and other community activities. Most importantly, the building manager, Darcie, is absolutely incredible. She is responsive, kind, helpful, and clearly cares deeply about both the residents and the property. She does so much for the community and is a huge reason why living here has been such a positive experience. We have loved our time here and would absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed community with beautiful surroundings.

  Lived here for over 18 years until I finally moved to a house last year! Darcie and her team do a great job of maintaining the building and keeping everything clean. The bonus was being surrounded by nature and having access to the trails and forest preserve next to the building. Miss you all!

  301 Riverwalk Place is an amazing place to live! Located right by the forest, it offers the perfect balance of peaceful nature and convenient access to both the airport and the city. Darcie, the property manager, goes above and beyond to make us residents feel valued and cared for (she even provides thoughtful treats during holidays!) The apartments are quiet and comfortable, and the residents create a sense of community, making it easy to feel at home. The property is well-managed, especially in the winter months, and each season, I look forward to the thoughtful landscaping.
