  Me and my child moved here in June. At first I was skeptical because I had read the reviews, but then I said can’t trust anyone judgement but my own!!! So here we are loving our new life, Riverstone has so many resources for the people who rent. Help with school , with community activities (Ounce care) just help in general nice place to live the people are so friendly and they make u feel welcomed into the community!!!! So don’t miss a very good opportunity because of a bad review use your own judgement

  riverstone host wonderful things for there residents love bring ing the kids to the pool and enjoying family julie is a great property manager and kita is great

  My experience with Riverstone Apartments has been amazing so far! When I moved in back in March I met Ms. Kita at the leasing office. She runs and awesome program with many helpful resources! Between her and office management, my stay here has been VERY welcoming!

  I went to apply for an apartment on 7/28/26, and no I am a resident yet I believe in God and know that I will get it. But Victoria kita and the entire staff was so nice and so helpful with everything. I really just want to thank the entire stuff for helping me out and explain it to me to me all details keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen!

  I hate the fact that I have to put in multiple work orders and hunt down maintenance to do anything. I’ve emailed and called the office multiple times about my oven not working and still no one has come to take a look at my oven. It has been over a week. I don’t know if there is miscommunication behind the scenes or maintenance doesn’t want to work but this is ridiculous. Same thing happened with the electricity in my apartment not working and it took a month for maintenance to finally call an electrician. I get it maintenance has other apartments to look at but they can do a lot better than this and I hope management can address this issue promptly.
