I would like to recognize Community Liaison Kita for her exceptional professionalism, kindness, and dedication. From the very beginning, she has been attentive, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns (& I’ve had a lot, lol.) Her positive attitude and genuine care for the community truly stand out. Thank you, Kita, for making such a meaningful impact and for all that you do!
Keisha was very nice she helped me out a lot.

When I called an ax information about the apartments, they told me you get visit a parking passes and you get parking passes for yourself. When I sign the lease, I later found out that you will only get one parking pass and no visit in parking. And I have a 16-year-old son that half the park 7 blocks away from the building
Because they will not give me 2 parking passes. It's very dark outside. He get off work at 11 o'clock. If you have multiple vehicles. Please do not go here and rent for these guys. I hate that I'm stuck in this lease for a year now. I have to deal with that. We can only get one set of keys. My son is 16-year-old, and I have to figure out a way to let him in the building when I'm not at home. I have to work a job. But they want me to I guess not go to work. And make sure my son get in the building when he get out of school. They have really crazy rules.I don't like em, and i'm sure if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in riverstone will not be the top choice in Bolingbrook so please take it from me if you are looking to move in.Riverstone, please, don't do it 😑 the promenade apartments in bollenbrook. Give you 2 parking passes and guess passes. If you need more gas passes, you can just go to the office and turn them in at the 5 days. They have washes and dries in their units. So as you looking for a comfortable place to stay, I would suggest the promenade. The only reason why I was moving is because I needed a bigger place. And that's when I called riverstone, and I asked about the parking passes, and the visiting passes, they lied to me over the phone, waited till I signed the lease and then told me something different. I think it was very unprofessional for them to do that. Because had they told me that when I came and looked at the place, I would never chose to come there. I would have just chosen another place or waited to the apartment that I was staying in had a bigger unit
I'm really disappointed. I hate that I'm locked in to this lease for a whole year. Just moved in on the 1st of May, and I already don't like it because of the parking situation. And the keys I have to move my work schedule around to make sure my son is accommodated to get in the building and on top of that, when he get off work at 11 o'clock, I have to now stay woke until he gets off world, pick him up from 7 blocks down the street to make sure. He's safe and get into the building. If anybody has a child that's 16 and drive and have his own vehicle, I think they should give out 2 parking passes. And at least one visitor parking? The parking lot is so empty.Because i'm assuming nobody half parking passes and everybody is parking on the screen.I know i'm not the only one that's going through this. But I guess i'm probably the only one. That's speaking out on it.This needs to be said, and other people need to know about this before they rent from you guys
Don't move here. Hot water is scarce. Permit parking only. They've roaches. I'm only here due to limited financial resources and lack of time to find something better due to time constraints. Studio, 1, & 2 bedroom apartments only. While the owner's suite is of decent size with a spacious walk-in closet, the walls are long, for TVS, to me that's not enough to entice. No in apartment unit laundry. No central air. Heat is controlled by management.

I have been living here since 2013, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill—especially since the new management took over.
Communication has been very poor, and the new management has not been professional or responsive. It often feels like concerns are dismissed rather than addressed. Maintenance has also been a major issue. Requests either take a long time to be handled or are not properly fixed when someone does come out.
There have been ongoing problems in my unit, including issues with the stove, smoke detector, and general wear and tear that have not been properly resolved. The apartment itself has not been updated in years, and even basic upkeep like painting and repairs does not seem to be done thoroughly.
For tenants who are consistently paying rent on time, it is reasonable to expect timely repairs, proper maintenance, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward improving both maintenance and tenant communication.
