- CLConnie LSep 7, 20263.0I would have rated this five stars because of the quality of the homes and the people that work for Pulte. This rating is no reflection on them whatsoever but I just purchased a townhome with a “two car” garage. I can barely fit my two midsize crossover SUVs in the garage and it’s a struggle to get in and out of my vehicle. To get anything out of it including groceries, I need to pull one car out first. Now that I am experiencing this, I notice that almost everyone that lives here keeps one or both vehicles outside. I came from a townhome built in 1999 that had a real two car garage and it was very comfortable. It would have been very easy for Pulte to build these garages with one extra foot so you could at least maneuver in the garage and be able to get out of your vehicle without hitting the other with the door. This is NOT a two car garage unless you have mini cooper and a Prius. Also, over 1800 sq ft? My previous townhouse was 1520 square ft, and one of the couches I have and a coffee table needs to go into storage because it won’t fit in this townhome that is supposedly over 1800 sq ft. How is it possible that I am moving into a larger townhouse, but can’t fit the furniture and cars I had in my smaller townhouse? I am perplexed.
