  Management is very disorganized and unkind. They shut off the water randomly without warning frequently, and getting locked out of your apartment isn't something they will help you with unless it happens on a weekday. I could understand charging a resident for the trip, don't get me wrong. But they just seem to like cutting corners. The carpeting in the hallways is disgusting too. It smells damp and rancid, and one of the elevators was out for about a week. Maintenance has also stepped on personal items of mine and left dirty foot prints in my apartment after visiting. The property manager also sent out an email awhile back telling residents not to make curry. I mean, seriously? How racist. I have no idea how Melanie read this and thought it was okay to send out. Whatever happened to being curious about your neighbor (or in this case, tenant's) culture? It's just sad to see, and I hope whoever she is talking about didn't have issues because of it. I'm thankful to be leaving this place.

  We had a wonderful tour. The apartment was gorgeous and the manager who helped us was very helpful and friendly as was her helper. I regret that I don’t remember their names.

  There are a few maintance issues with my apartment that need to be addressed. My floor seems quiet so far. And management seems attentive and nice.

  It was a nice experience the lady is really nice and friendly I recommend anybody to come and get an apartment there if they looking for one
