  We looked at homes with Marge for years before finally purchasing. She was unbelievably patient with us during it all. If we ever buy or sell again she will be the first person we call.

  With Marge in charge we received a full price offer on our house in the first week it was listed. She literally made selling my house effortless, she handled everything for us. She is an effective listener and a skillful negotiator. Very knowledgable in her real estate markets.

  Marge totally stood me up today. We were scheduled to look at half a dozen properties and she didn’t show up. I called her and she seemed shocked. She said she dropped the ball but didn’t mention coming right away to maybe show me some empty properties, or ask to reschedule. She seemed dumbfounded. She didn’t try to make amends or try to reschedule. Nothing. I had even brought my handyman along to help me access the properties. Of course he had to be paid. I am utterly disappointed. My advice to others is to look elsewhere for an agent.
