  W management! Amazing apartment space too and maintenance team! They also gave us chocolates randomly which were way good!

  My husband and I have lived at UV since 2015 and honestly we have loved UV! The grounds and greenspace are beautiful and there are great play spaces for kids. It's also close to campus and the apartments themselves are cute and well maintained. The new clubhouse is AMAZING. The only downside is that management is hit or miss. The contracts are.... really something. Read it closely. If you dont rock the boat much, you'll love UV.

  Worst apartment at the worst school. Do not go to this city, let alone this school or apartment.
