This place felt like a prison. I believe most of the five star reviews are fake and many of the "amenities" and "luxury" pictures are of the office building that is not available to residents or part of the actual units. The actual units themselves are as bare bones as it gets. A couple cheap baseboard heaters and space heaters that barely function. Hot tub and grill area are out of service more often than not. And all that for the low price of 1950 before electric? Where do I sign up? Oh, and don't count on getting your deposit back. They will probably find a reason to send you to collections as well. Will offer gift cards or other benefits for re-signing your lease and never follow through despite reminding them multiple times. This company cares about money, and exactly nothing else. I regret every dollar paid to them

Overall decent place to live. Biggest complaint is parking. Unless you pay for a garage/carport, you won't have parking near your unit. Plus parking is not regulated in " uncovered spots" which creates Parking Wars with people. Oftentimes tenants and their guests who have not paid for a carport and cannot find a spot near their unit they will park in other people's paid spots if a car is not parked in it. With the new management company taking over, I hope that parking will become regulated and if someone pays for a spot and a non-register car parks in that spot they are ticketed and/or towed. also the unassigned uncovered spaces needs to be regulated to be fair to all leased tenants and all guests should park near the office area or street.

Too many hidden fees and restrictions. It's basically a place to lay my head at night. At this time I have no intention of renewing my lease next year
