- KSKarllie SiharathJul 29, 20265.0moved in a little over a week ago and i have nothing but amazing things to say about this complex. we were nervous moving in due to us being used to having private parking and a yard - however our concerns were vanished the moment we toured! officer staff is phenomenal and i love that they are present! April is a wonderful manager and answers all of our concerns and questions. Any small issues she’s on it! We had to put in a couple maintenance requests after moving in and it was so easy! They were quick to resolve the issues. One of the maintenance guys Thomas was extremely helpful. 100/10 recommend this complex!

My son thought he lost his life jacket because we forgot it one day, but when we went back the next Jon had set it aside for him, knowing it might be his! We never expected to become part of a community, but we truly have. It was such a thoughtful gesture and to have staff that truly pays attention and cares about the community is a huge blessing. Jon is always friendly and willing to help with whatever we need. If you’re looking for a clean apartment complex with well-kept amenities, you’ll love it here!
