  I wanted to take a moment to recognize John and William from the maintenance team for going above and beyond during my move-in week. They’ve helped me on multiple occasions without hesitation and have always been incredibly kind and professional. They even encouraged me to reach out if I needed any additional help. Their willingness to serve and positive attitude made a stressful move much easier, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done. Thank you both for the outstanding support. Definitely a 5 star team.

  The apartments are new and amazing the staff of April, Jade, Valencia and maintenance supervisor Jon are incredible and very fast to respond and help beyond expectations thank you to you all for making my experience a 10

  If you value transparent communication and honesty, look elsewhere. When we toured The Logan Luxury Apartments, their listing says you receive a $500 gift card if we apply within 48 hours of touring so we did and after ultimately be denied we asked management for our gift card, remarkably it suddenly changed from $500 to $200, and it's not a gift card, or going back on to the debit card we used it's actually a check that comes from cooperate and will take 3-7 business days. Cool, but then after the original deadline passed it magically became "one to two weeks because it all depends on the mailman" 🙄 now we're past the two week mark and the best they can tell me is it's all dependent on when the mail lady brings it. The contrast is glaring: they will text you nonstop when they want you to be a tenant, but completely blow you off when they owe you money. Stay far, far away.

  We just moved in and have already fallen in love with the apartment and facilities. The employees are so kind and helpful. They mean it when they say luxury. So many nice amenities and perks. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

  We have only lived at The Logan for a little over two weeks, however, we have thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. April, Jade, Valencia, Jon, & William have been very accommodating, as we adjust to our new surroundings. There were a few "hiccups" as we initially moved in and found that our walk-through had not yet been completed. William & Jon let us know it should not have happened like that, but they fixed everything in such a timely manner, that it did indeed make up for a few areas of the apartment that were in disrepair. We also had some trouble getting connected to the Wifi, but that was eventually remediated as well. All in all, our experience has been very comfortable and welcoming. The apartment has incredible amenities, such as: a spacious glass-door shower, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room, a large "farm-house" style sink, an abundance of storage, and an actual usable balcony. I believe anyone could feel at home here. Lastly, the gym and the pool are easily enough to "seal the deal!"
