- RSRiley ShoecraftMay 11, 20265.0Just moved in and had a couple maintenance issues. Submitted tickets Saturday evening and Sunday morning Maintenance Supervisor Jon called to come take a look. He was there exactly when he said he'd be, took care of every one of our concerns, answered all our questions, and reassured us to call if we have any new concerns come up. He wasn't rushed, and made sure we were in a good place before he left. So grateful to know he'll be on site with us!

- ADAmara DavidsonApr 22, 20265.0If you’re apartment hunting, I’d strongly recommend scheduling a tour at The Logan. It’s a great example of what a “green flag” property looks like. I was on a tight turnaround moving into a new place, and the leasing team was stellar. They answer the phone, respond quickly to emails, and communicate clearly every step of the way. April and Jade in particular were really great with keeping us updated and answering all of our questions. The fees are reasonable, the apartments are new, spacious, and beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests you have, and despite being near a busy road (Karcher), it’s impressively quiet. Overall, just a really smooth, positive experience here.
