- ARanahi ramirezMar 29, 20253.0The townhomes themselves were pretty good especially when they added the new washer and dryer but be aware that they will find anyway to charge you extra fees. My roommate and I got a ticket when they first implemented the new parking system and not only did we have to pay the ticket, which was a $100, they also add two $75 charges on our rent for simply parking in a different spot! Money hungry
