  Surprisingly great place to live! Property management has been extremely friendly and responsive from the beginning. Had a mishap with the lawn care company accidentally damaging our back door window and the same day they had someone put a stop gap up to keep stuff out while they ordered a replacement. Very quick and easy. Very responsive and on top of things. Not to mention great facilities and amenities. Best experience I've had renting in almost 10 years.

  Callie and Morgan were so amazing and so open arms and hands down such hard workers to get us into our own place here. so blessed to have them as our new property managers!

  Moved in a couple months ago. Morgan and Callie were so great at showing apts and answering questions. They both are so sweet. The apts are nice and comfortable. Yard is kept clean and parking also. Every apt has own parking spot. Neighborhood is quiet. Sometimes the street is busy. But otherwise by the pool and the apts is pretty quiet. Lights are on all night outside. Close by Meridian. 🙂

  Five stars! ⭐️ Could not recommend this place more, the management and the whole team is prompt and helpful Morgan, Callie , Raul and everyone I have come across. They keep the grounds well kept (trash, weeds, grass, etc), pest control is great, office hours are wonderful, maintenance is prompt when dealing with issues and they are on property, easy to submit maintenance request, quick response time, quiet, parking is not an issue, great amenities like the clubhouse, dog park, well maintained pool and spa, stocked and clean gym, etc! apartment interior is well maintained and updated, great bang for your buck, no funky smells when moving in, and great location off the freeway!
