  Dear Toll Brothers Leadership, Camille and I spent time today with Emilie Kamholz at the Toll Brothers Design Studio and walked out saying the same thing—“that was actually enjoyable,” which is not something you typically say after making a thousand home decisions. I don’t typically express views on the web. However, because our day trip from San Diego to Meridian, ID for our design studio meeting was packed with decisions and guided by the unknown, we hit the jackpot working with Emilie. Emilie runs a tight, organized process without making it feel rigid. She knows her craft, explains things clearly, and keeps things moving without pressure. When we needed guidance, she had it. When we wanted space to think, she gave it. That balance is harder to find than it sounds. She also has a way of translating design options into real-life outcomes, which made decision-making a lot more practical and a lot less overwhelming. No guesswork, no confusion—just steady, informed progress. Bottom line: professional, efficient, personable, and clearly invested in getting it right for her clients. Emilie represents Toll Brothers extremely well.

  We bought a new Toll Brothers home and the kitchen package we selected has injury causing design flaw. The KitchenAid hood sticks out too far and it has cause two cut injuries to my face/head. I've have had to put rubber corner guards on as Toll Brother refuses to address and correct.
