  Rodney Blanton, Boise I recently closed a transaction involving two residential building lots in Middleton, Idaho. The lots, although part of an established subdivision, required a number of issues to be resolved prior to sale. A zoning change made it necessary to apply for a Variance as well as a Lot-Line-Adjustment and conduct a new Survey of the property. Fortunately, Tim Burroughs of Silvercreek Realty Group was referred to me by a friend, due to his expertise in Residential Real Estate, (30+) years, and his background in Land Appraisal. Tim's professional relationships with City and County personnel and his knowledge of the process proved invaluable. Once all Planning and Zoning approvals were issued, the lots were listed and sold together within a few short weeks.
