- MMMarleneAug 25, 20223.0We first started our adventure of getting ready to sell our home in Rancho Cucamonga and relocate to Meridian, Idaho in January. I wasn't very impressed with the sales person at The Oaks North (he's since left the company). So many things have changed since we last purchased a home but we completed paperwork and started the process of "hurry up and wait". We really like our upcoming home that is being built. It's really enjoyable to see the home come together especially since we were able to have input and make so many choices for the house. It takes quite a while for them to build the homes. Ours won't be ready until March til June 2023! There are 4 seasons, scenery is beautiful, people are nice, folks act like they have sense and I think that we will be comfortable there.

We got a great experience from Cliff Benion , Greg Lindley and Carlyn King. This place is a dream come true. Everything we thought it would be and more.

Went into the sales office at Oaks North to ask a few questions as a potential buyer. The man who helped me seemed very irritated with me even coming in! Super short in answering my questions. Every question he answered in a way to let me know that they have ZERO inventory available for the foreseeable future! Toll Brothers is the Walmart in the housing market.
