I have lived here for 10 months and absolutely love it! I feel like I am living at a resort! There are all of the amenities I could ask for - pool, hot tub, fitness center that rivals my gym, golf simulator, dog wash station, bike repair area along with ski/snowboard waxing area (inside of the same building), playground for the kiddos and an amazing club house with a pool table and ping pong table. The staff in both the leasing office (Kayla and Brooke are the best!) and maintenance (Jesus and Nicholas are great!) are incredibly friendly and helpful. (I love they address me by name.) I’m not too bothered by the noise because they are apartments, after all. And it’s only occasionally someone will get loud after dark. I also appreciate their “no smoking on premises” policy. The apartments do have some flaws. The painters who did the finish work on my apartment were not very careful so there is some paint in places it shouldn’t be - the floor. And initially I had a problem with my disposal but Jesus took care of it right away switching it out. (The painters had dumped paint down the sink.) I appreciate that food trucks are brought in several times a month, along with activities to participate in, such as the Easter egg hunt and recently a pool party. And there is a monthly Bark Box for those with dogs. Since I don’t have animals, I can’t address anything in that area. Overall, I am pleased with my experience here and glad I chose Seasons over the others I looked at.

The apartments themselves are nice, and the staff have always been helpful. Unfortunately, the parking situation is a constant frustration. Management has described recent parking changes as providing residents with more flexibility and improving parking availability, but the reality has been the opposite. The latest "guest parking" change didn't create meaningful new parking for guests, since guests can still use the regular open spaces. Instead, it removed a large number of overflow resident spaces and placed them behind a paywall. As a result, residents now have fewer free parking options and are being asked to pay for spaces that were previously available. Overall, the property is well maintained and the staff are great, but the parking situation continues to get worse and feels more focused on generating parking revenue than solving the actual parking shortage.

I wanted to like living here because the apartments themselves are actually nice. The interiors are modern, and the layouts are well designed. However, my overall experience has been disappointing. The construction quality is hit and miss. There was still punch-list tape and unfinished items left behind from the general contractor when I moved in, which made it feel like the property was rushed to completion. Some of these construction deficiencies I’ve tried to clean myself—like paint splatter on the floor and some kind of adhesive in the shower—but I’ve had little success removing them, so I hope I’m not charged for them during move-out. Noise has also been a consistent issue. Between loud neighbors and poor sound insulation, it can be difficult to enjoy your own apartment in peace. Kayla is the one staff member who has consistently been helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with. She genuinely seems to care about residents and has been the bright spot of my experience here. One of my biggest frustrations has been the lease-break process and associated fees. The costs and requirements feel excessive and come across as more of a money grab than a reasonable policy. Make sure you fully understand what you're agreeing to before signing a lease, because getting out of it can be surprisingly expensive. Overall, I would still recommend the community because the amenities and interior living spaces are genuinely nice. That said, prospective residents should be aware of the noise issues and take a close look at the lease terms and policies before committing.

Wow! We moved from a terrible landlord Meridian Rental LLC/ Star Rental that made you feel like a stranger in your own home to this. The Seasons has been accomodating and very welcoming! The food trucks, Bier garten, pet friendly, pool/hot tub, work out gym, golf simulator, dog wash center, and for some reason it always smells amazing and fresh in the Club House and Office. Complimentary morning coffee..."Don't mind if I do =)" This has truly changed how we see Meridian and now finally reminded us that there are good people out there.

I like seasons at meridian I’ve been renting here for almost a year. And I’ve been happy with their service. every time their is a problem they do their best to fix the problem, a couple months back people were not picking up their dogs pop and seasons at meridian sing up with a DNA pop program and the community has never been cleaner. If I had to say, there is only one thing im uncomfortable about and it’s that if someone park on your reserved parking spot you have to call the towing company yourself I would appreciate more if the community would just take care of it, but that’s more about the people living here who just don’t care if that’s your parking spot. However, all the amenities are nice and I definitely enjoy living here.
