  Working with PMI and Paul as our property management company for the past several years has been a pleasure. The PMI website is great for me as a board member and a resident. He is always prompt in responding to requests from the board. He has a great knowledge of vendors and contractors that fit our budget. He responds quickly to concerns from residents. He gives the board good guidance to troubleshoot issues that come up. Overall he is key to keeping things running smoothly in our HOA.

  My experience with this HOA has been extremely disappointing due to what I perceive as a consistent lack of transparency, communication, and accountability. Throughout my interactions, I have found that questions often go unanswered, concerns are not addressed in a timely or meaningful manner, and important information is either delayed or not communicated at all. When issues are brought to the HOA's attention, there appears to be little willingness to accept responsibility or provide clear explanations for decisions and actions. The overall lack of professionalism and responsiveness has made it difficult to have confidence in the organization's ability to effectively serve the homeowners it represents. An HOA should foster trust through open communication, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I encourage prospective homeowners and current residents to ask detailed questions, request documentation when appropriate, and carefully evaluate how the HOA communicates and responds to homeowner concerns before placing their confidence in its leadership.

  Paul has been fantastic throughout the transition of our HOA from our previous management company to PMI. He is always engaged, provides valuable feedback, and promptly responds to all our questions. Thank you, Paul, for all your hard work. It’s truly appreciated!

  This company is cuthroat as they don't email or call when there is an issue with a rental property. The Baraya CBH (Homes) neighborhood that they manage looks like crap with cars up on jacks for long periods of time and it's only 3 years old. I was not made aware that there was new management and could not find or even get an answer until I tracked down the president of the HOA at his personal business thanks to the secretatry of state which actually say he's not the president. I do not recommend this property manager or HOA as neither know how to pick up a phone or send an email.
