  Working with PMI Treasure Valley has been incredibly frustrating. The biggest issue has been their complete lack of responsiveness and accountability. When concerns are raised — particularly around fines and community matters — they often go unanswered or are met with vague, non-committal replies. Even more concerning is their role in enabling selective enforcement within the HOA. Rather than guiding the HOA board with consistent, fair standards, PMI Treasure Valley allows uneven rule enforcement to continue unchecked, creating confusion and frustration among homeowners. A competent property management company should offer leadership, not simply act as a passive bystander. If you’re looking for clear communication, consistent policy enforcement, and a management company that actually takes responsibility, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

  PMI Treasure Valley wouldn't be what it is with its owner Paul Justice. As a HOA board President, I have been working Paul for 2+ years now. My experience has been very positive. Paul is always responsive to HOA business and HOA member needs. Stays apprised of changing law. He handles himself professionally with everyone. I have never had a HOA member contact me with a complaint of Paul. If you are looking for a new property management company, Paul Justice & PMI Treasure Valley is my recommendation.

  How fortunate our HOA was to connect with Paul Justice at PMI Treasure Valley last Fall. We are a very small group of homes but needing support in several areas. PMI has been very helpful in getting new or renewed contracts; finding companies or individuals to deal with community needs; and keeping in touch with all these companies to make sure the jobs have been completed. They are easy to work with and communicate well.
