- SKSydnie KnepperMar 8, 20261.0Had a terrible experience with these guys, thank goodness they showed their true colors before we decided to move forward with buying from them. Super rude to our realtor and tried to tell us he would get no compensation since we viewed their model homes without him being there upon our first time viewing them. They never mentioned anything about this to us until our next appointment ONE hour before. I’d imagine the whole process would have been nothing but an uphill battle along every step of the way with them.
- BBBrianFeb 24, 20261.0We bought a Toll Brothers home in 2024, the model was supposed to be 2,128 square feet. We discovered 10 days prior to closing the home was 2,048 s.f. which Toll Brothers never disclosed. Our TB salesperson didn't even know the square footage changed with a no-cost option we selected. The cost of the no cost option was 80 less square feet which calculates to $16K. Toll Brothers offered us $10K which we accepted. Toll Brothers the next day retracted the $10K offer and now refuse to compensate or communicate with us. We now have to hire an attorney. If you buy, Do Not Buy Direct, find and use your own realtor.
