- KSKeeli SJul 28, 20265.0Such a wonderful place to live! - The buildings/apartments themselves are very modern, clean, and have good spaces such as the fitness center and lobby. - The community was nice. We didn't meet many of our neighbors (our hallway was often quiet) but there are often monthly food trucks, weekly instagram giveaways, and biannual scavenger hunts that Holly, our property manager, organizes. - Speaking of Holly, she's the best property manager ever. She's so friendly, fun to talk to, and is very understanding yet holds good standards. You can email her anytime and she responds quickly. - Jayson, the maintenance guy, is always so nice too! We never needed his services so I guess he really is good at his job. - Parking was probably the only main issue. You get to rent a parking space but if you have more than one car it's hard to find street parking on weekends due to the farmer's market, bars, and church within the block.

Jayson is very helpful and extremely fast responsive to any maintenance request. Building is new as well. I would definitely recommend it if you just relocating to Idaho.
