  This will be your “amazing” experience if you decide that dovetail is your next living situation! 4 people were shot about 200 yards down the road from us. A bright and early Sunday morning just a few weeks ago I was woke up to police banging on the neighbors door and forced me to evacuate my apartment and sit outside in the cold for two hours at 6 am. For about a month now I wake up to bugs crawling on me in the middle of the night! In my laundry and scattered through the living quarters! After putting in a complaint. They have yet to get it fixed and told me that I just have to deal with bugs crawling all over me and the place

  While the property is nice, had great amenities and nice staff-- the management is extremely heavy-handed. They cannot control the unruly tenants but comes up with unreasonable short notices for the rest. One such notice is to move cars from the parking lots (including carports for which we pay extra) at a short notice while I am on vacation. The notice threatens with towing at owners expense if vehicle is not moved. The leasing office is always unstaffed and calling the leasing office during office hours always takes you to voicemail. If if you get hold of someone at the leasing office, they are clueless about most of the requests.

  I applied in Feb my application was never ran been waiting 3 months for my refund. No call back from Micheal or his manager that he said would be calling me or sending the check that was supposedly send back in March . Communication sucks

  I have lived here since October 2023 and loved it for the first 2 years and had no issues. Recently, management changed and it's been impossible to get ahold of the leasing office. I got an email about having a pet in my apartment, despite having an ESA pet on file for 2 years. I replied back to the email twice and never heard anything back. I called the leasing office 8 times over a couples days and not once did anyone answer. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Finally I went into the office and was told they received the ESA documents I sent (again) and they would remove the pet fees from my account. Well they didn't and I got charged for them with my rent. Went into the office today to try and get it resolved and no one was at the front desk. Another thing I don't love is they only allow you to have two guests at the pool. If you live in the Classic apartments your packages tend to get lost or put in the wrong spot. There's also no map for the classic apartments and people have a hard time finding them and maps sends them to the clubhouse. Despite my apartment being clean and fairly up to date when I moved in i will not be renewing my lease this year.
