  I have lived here since October 2023 and loved it for the first 2 years and had no issues. Recently, management changed and it's been impossible to get ahold of the leasing office. I got an email about having a pet in my apartment, despite having an ESA pet on file for 2 years. I replied back to the email twice and never heard anything back. I called the leasing office 8 times over a couples days and not once did anyone answer. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. Finally I went into the office and was told they received the ESA documents I sent (again) and they would remove the pet fees from my account. Well they didn't and I got charged for them with my rent. Went into the office today to try and get it resolved and no one was at the front desk. Another thing I don't love is they only allow you to have two guests at the pool. If you live in the Classic apartments your packages tend to get lost or put in the wrong spot. There's also no map for the classic apartments and people have a hard time finding them and maps sends them to the clubhouse. Despite my apartment being clean and fairly up to date when I moved in i will not be renewing my lease this year.

  Vanessa has been super helpful during my leasing and residency here at Dovetail apartments! LOVE the amenities and so excited to use the pool during summer this year! Also, shout out to maintenance!

  Received a tour from Michael today after two long and very full days of touring various housing options around Meridian and Michael by FAR gave us the best touring experience - the runner-up isn’t even close. Michael was incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and never was even the slightest bit impatient or bothered by our numerous questions and later in the day arrival. Michael is a fantastic addition to the Dovetail team - I was very impressed by both him and the community.

  I've been a Tennant at Dovetail classic for four years, and while I loved my apartment I really wanted to move over to the Signature side of the complex. Vanessa Avila made the process easy and simple, and she even helped me decide between two similar signature apartments. She shared useful insights on the property and different locations that turned my apprehension into excitement for a new home. Happy to live at Dovetail! Thanks Vanessa!

  Our experience at this place was very disappointing. We went to inquire about the apartments, and from the very beginning, the service was unfriendly and uninterested. There were three staff members in the office, and none of them showed any intention of helping us. They simply told us to wait, but at no point did they tell us where to sit or offer any guidance. We waited several minutes, and still, no one approached us. Additionally, we had previously tried to contact them by email multiple times and never received a response. The most uncomfortable part of the experience was the feeling that the treatment may have been influenced by our accent and our Latino background. We felt ignored and undervalued, which we perceived as a form of discrimination. The service was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful and attentive service.
