  My kids and I love living here! Everyone is so nice and it is pet friendly. The townhouse is beautiful with tall ceilings and a great layout. The pool and playground area is fun to hang out at. It feels like home!

  I love how peaceful it is! Especially at night sitting on your porch and enjoying how quiet and relaxing it is! 100% love our neighborhood!

  It’s our first month staying in this community, and we love the neighborhood: people are friendly, area is clean, if there is a service request, it’s getting fixed within two days. I like evenings here as well, quiet and cozy 🙌🏼👍🏼

  Moving into this community was the BEST decision for myself and my family. The homes are nice, spacious, and have lots of extras. The amenities are incredible, especially the pool (which is open year-round). The property managers put on fun events through the year. It's a great place to live! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  BB Living the Oaks was truly the perfect place for us during the transition between selling our home and purchasing the next one. Moving from a rural setting into something a bit more vibrant, convenient, and refined was exactly what we needed—and this community delivered on every level. The location couldn’t have been better. Easy access to shopping, frequent and reliable DoorDash service, and a quick commute to the airport made daily life seamless. The townhome itself was impressively well-built, with excellent soundproofing that made it feel both private and peaceful. What really set this community apart, though, was the staff. Angela went above and beyond to create a sense of community through events and activities. The maintenance team was not only responsive but genuinely great to work with, and Ashley was incredible—she worked tirelessly to make our transition into another BB Living home smooth and stress-free. If I had to point out any minor drawbacks, it would be the hard water and a community that could be a bit more socially engaged. There is a dedicated app for residents to connect, which is a great feature—there’s just only so much the staff can do to encourage participation. Overall, BB Living the Oaks is a fantastic place to live, with beautiful homes, thoughtful amenities, and a team that truly cares. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend it.
