  Kris and Legacy Ranch were the listing agents on our property. We had an excellent experience and we highly recommend Kris and his team. They provided us with an extensive market analysis for us, recommended a competitive sales price, and developed a clear plan on moving forward. They listed our home very quickly with beautiful pictures and a very professional video. We received an offer as we were leaving town and were initially concerned about managing the transaction while traveling. Kris was extremely accommodating and instrumental in negotiating with the buyer to reach an acceptable sales price. We were able to sign and fund while on vacation, and the entire process was smooth and stress free.   We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Kris! We had the opportunity to work with him for both selling our home and purchasing our new home, and we are so grateful we had him by our side through the entire process. Selling our home could have been stressful, but Kris made it feel surprisingly easy. He handled every detail, answered all of our questions (and there were plenty!), and walked us through each step so we always knew what was happening. When we received offers, he took the time to sit down with us, talk through the pros and cons, and help us figure out what would actually be best for our family. We never felt pressured—we always felt like he genuinely had our best interests at heart. Then came the fun part… finding and purchasing our new home! Kris went above and beyond for us. He negotiated, problem-solved, and honestly worked a little magic to help make the property fit within our budget. He was willing to go the extra mile to help make things work, and we truly felt like he was fighting for us. Even through closing, Kris kept everything organized and moving smoothly. He communicated with us, stayed on top of the details, and made sure there were no surprises. We always felt like we could call or ask a question and know we would get an answer. But honestly, one of the biggest compliments we can give Kris is that we recommended him to our family—and they love him just as much as we do! When you find someone you trust that much, you want everyone you care about to have the same experience. Buying and selling a home is a BIG deal, and having someone you trust in your corner makes all the difference.
