Cloudveil has an incredible team that is efficient, competent, and incredibly easy to work and coordinate with. I have toured every place in ID Falls, and this place is by far the absolute nicest in terms of amenities and staff. Highly, highly recommend. It’s beautiful here.

My lease began today, and the experience has been disastrous. Despite being promised a professionally cleaned unit, the counters and floors were covered in handprints and boot scuffs. Maintenance confirmed the filth but told me to buy my own specialized cleaners. I found drywall dust, hair in the bathrooms, dead bugs, and a dishwasher so disgusting it looked like a "nuclear bomb" had gone off inside. Management dismissively blamed "hard water stains." The unit is covered in deep gouges, scratches, and features a hanging light fixture. The fridge gasket is in rough shape and covered in a petroleum-like substance. My wife and service cat arrived to this filth, which is dire given my urgent medical conditions and the risk of infection. Technically, the unit is a failure. The fiber optic terminal is broken; I had to do management’s job just to find the repair info, and I’ve been forced to set up my own Starlink just for basic connectivity. Management’s only response was an insulting $75 credit for the Starlink hardware I had to provide myself. On night one, both toilets backed up with no response from emergency maintenance. The next day, the unit flooded with greywater. As someone with severe neurological issues, I had to wade through greywater to save my service cat. This flood destroyed two of my $1,000+ computers, forcing me to file a claim on my third-party insurance. Additionally, maintenance failed to "pre-burn" the new stove. When used, chemical smoke filled the unit and triggered the fire alarms. I now have to see a battery of medical specialists to ensure the greywater exposure and chemical smoke didn't worsen my health conditions. To top it off, paperwork left in the unit showed incorrect payment details and charges for their internal insurance, despite me providing my own third-party coverage. Management's explanation was confusing rather than transparent. I have photographic evidence of everything and will be submitting a full inventory. Disgraceful. Review Update: After much arduous back-and-forth, everything minus the stove has finally been rectified by management. The stove still sets off the smoke alarms every single time it is used. I have called maintenance countless times, only to be told it is "user error" or that something was dropped inside. It clearly hasn't been, as the stove is completely clean. I was told maintenance "cooked off" the manufacturing chemicals, but I know for a fact they didn't. I have cameras throughout my home; if cooking off a chemical means spraying it and wiping it with a rag (which it doesn't), then it obviously wasn't completed. At this point, we simply cannot use the stove. I got tired of the back-and-forth with a maintenance crew that refuses to perform the basic tasks of their job. Ultimately, the front office ladies got everything taken care of flawlessly. The maintenance crew, however, is incredibly lazy and should be replaced. I am updating my review to a 3/5 for the stellar facilities(minus the stove), the amazing front office staff who actually do their jobs, and how quiet the property is.
