  Anike was the best. She was there anytime I wanted to see a house, whether it was early in the am or later at night. There company treated me so good and answered any question I had. Thank you all for making buying my very first home a wonderful memory.

  Loved my Relator Josh and his assistant Nicole. Got our house sold for the price we were wanting, did a great job at prescreening buyers and we were only dealing with those who could afford the house, kept us informed on what was going on with the market, both of them were excellent at walking us through every step of closing, making it easy. Josh went beyond my expectations in selling the house. He did many open houses and I truly appreciate all the work he did for us. I can not say enough great things about Josh and Nicole. Thank you so much!!! This is the team you want selling your house.

  We moved across the country from NM to ID and Brett at Anderson Hicks was recommended to us. He was very knowledgeable and professional and really worked to help us explore our options. A new house came on the market that we really liked while we were in NM. While working with Brett we were able to conduct a virtual tour and make and offer within 1 or 2 days of the listing. Our offer was accepted and we could not be happier about the purchase. As we worked through the final stages towards closing the Anderson Hicks team was very prompt and patient with us. It was a great experience.

  Riley Call recently sold my house in Sunterra and I can't say enough good things about both him and the entire process. I have worked with a few other realtors in the area and Anderson Hicks is in a completely different league. None of the others are even close. They have the market reach to handle complex transactions with ease, are pleasant to work with, organized, and very data driven. They know exactly where the market is at all times and their advice is good. It's a tough market right now. My house had a solid full price offer in 24 hours and a backup offer in 48. We closed without drama and everything went great. I have done over 20 real-estate transactions in my life and this one was easily in the top 3 best handled. World Class.
