  Was visiting a friend who lives here with the possibility of moving in myself but it was so dirty and unkept. Not sure how this is a 5 star rated complex with the filth that accumulates. Maintenance needs to be done

  We initially had a very disappointing experience living here. While the community is new and looks great, we experienced ongoing issues with communication, maintenance, and the overall upkeep of the property. Our biggest frustration was management’s responsiveness. We reached out multiple times about legitimate concerns and often had to send repeated follow-ups before receiving a response. We also dealt with ongoing noise from neighboring units, pet waste and liquids coming from the balcony above us (including dog urine that damaged our patio furniture), and several maintenance concerns. We experienced a ceiling leak in the middle of the night and were unable to reach emergency maintenance despite multiple calls, our ice maker never worked properly, and our dryer frequently overheated and stopped mid-cycle. There were also concerns with the common areas, including trash and occasional broken glass, as well as an incident after the Fourth of July when fireworks were set off inside the parking garage, leaving our vehicle covered in fire extinguisher dust. At the time, we felt these issues were not being adequately addressed or communicated. That said, after sharing our experience, management reached out to us directly and took the time to explain that there had been a complete turnover and restructuring of the onsite staff. Since then, we have noticed a meaningful improvement in communication and responsiveness. Our concerns are being addressed much more quickly, and we genuinely appreciate the effort the new team has made to listen and improve things. We wanted to update our review because we think it’s important to acknowledge both sides of our experience. The issues we originally experienced were real and significantly impacted our impression of the community, but we also appreciate management taking the feedback seriously and making changes. The community has a lot of potential, and we’re hopeful that the improvements we’ve seen continue moving forward.

  Beautiful apartments, cleanliness around the property is immaculate, maintenance is so on top of it.. can't say enough great things about Josh the maintenance guy & Vanessa in the Copestone office has been nothing but supportive, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and it shows!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Copestone Apartments and the incredible team in the office. Vanessa, and Tara have gone above and beyond from the very beginning. They took the time to walk my fiancée and me through every step of the leasing process, answered every question we had, and made us feel welcomed from day one. What really sets Copestone apart is the people. They don’t treat you like you’re just another resident—they treat you like you’re part of a community. That kind of genuine care is hard to find these days, and it has made a huge difference for both my fiancée and me. Compared to our previous apartment, the experience here has been night and day, and it has truly had a positive impact on our lives. The office staff is always friendly, professional, understanding, and quick to help. I’ve accidentally left my storage key behind twice in my unit, and both times Venessa has made the process of getting it back simple and stress-free. No matter what we’ve needed, they’ve always been responsive and willing to help. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in creating a place people are proud to call home. That level of customer service deserves to be recognized. If you’re looking for an apartment where you’ll be treated with respect, feel valued, and know that the staff truly has your back, I couldn’t recommend Copestone Apartments more. Thank you, Cody, Vanessa, and Tara, for everything you do. You all have made this feel like home, and my family and I are truly grateful.
