  Beautiful apartments, cleanliness around the property is immaculate, maintenance is so on top of it.. can't say enough great things about Josh the maintenance guy & Vanessa in the Copestone office has been nothing but supportive, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and it shows!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Copestone Apartments and the incredible team in the office. Vanessa, and Tara have gone above and beyond from the very beginning. They took the time to walk my fiancée and me through every step of the leasing process, answered every question we had, and made us feel welcomed from day one. What really sets Copestone apart is the people. They don’t treat you like you’re just another resident—they treat you like you’re part of a community. That kind of genuine care is hard to find these days, and it has made a huge difference for both my fiancée and me. Compared to our previous apartment, the experience here has been night and day, and it has truly had a positive impact on our lives. The office staff is always friendly, professional, understanding, and quick to help. I’ve accidentally left my storage key behind twice in my unit, and both times Venessa has made the process of getting it back simple and stress-free. No matter what we’ve needed, they’ve always been responsive and willing to help. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in creating a place people are proud to call home. That level of customer service deserves to be recognized. If you’re looking for an apartment where you’ll be treated with respect, feel valued, and know that the staff truly has your back, I couldn’t recommend Copestone Apartments more. Thank you, Cody, Vanessa, and Tara, for everything you do. You all have made this feel like home, and my family and I are truly grateful.
