  Parking is horrible. Not enough spaces if you get home after 7:00 pm. I've had to park on the street on the weekends. Front office staff are friendly and attend to your needs.

  We have lived here for several years. Every year, there are hundreds of trespassers that use the lake and pool all summer. We have asked the management to take this seriously over and over again. They fail to monitor the people that use the lake, and allow anyone who pleases to come in and use the lake and facilities. This is dangerous to the residents, takes up all of the parking and the beach space, and leaves the residents with piles of trash and dog poop on the beach to deal with. It would be so easy to hire someone in the summer months to monitor the beach, or for management to go out once an hour to confirm whoever is using the beach actually lives here. But, for some reason, they continue to allow the residents to pay for facilities for the PUBLIC to use.

  We had a guided tour led by Cole. He assisted us with all of our crazy questions and was so incredibly helpful. He made the process of applying to rent at The Clara so so SO easy and I could not even spew one negative thing about our experience. He immediately made us feel secure and well taken care of. Not only did he represent the management at The Clara highly , he also represented the property and neighborhood highly. 10/10 , if you’re considering Clara you will have 0 Regrets.
