The landlord, Deb and Jason in maintenance are so attentive and prompt anytime I reach out. My AC recently stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday. I filed a service request online thinking I’d hear back at the earliest on Monday, but Jason contacted me within an hour to fix the issue. He brought me a brand new, more modern AC unit and installed it about 10 mins later. Definitely surpassed my expectations! Thank you!!

Absolutely LOVE living here. My partner and I could not ask for more. The apartments are adorable, and we feel we are in incredibly good hands with the management team. They are extremely caring and professional. Debbie the property manager is extremely kind, caring, professional, and proactive. She is very responsive to questions, maintenance requests, etc. She really has people’s best interests in mind, and we genuinely feel safe and cared for under her leadership here. The maintenance team is also wonderful, Jason is very kind, professional, and proactive in helping address maintenance requests. This is sincerely a wonderful place to live, but the management team really takes it a step further in making it feel like a homey place😊 11/10 recommend to others!!! You are in great hands, and on top of that, the apartments are C U T E! We have a fire place! And as of Oct. 2024, we get a free membership to the gym 100 feet away! We are ssoooo grateful for that! It’s seriously a wonderful place all around!!😊 Wish I could tell the owner, amazing people you hired and amazing complex!!!
