Dear Clayton Homes Team, I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit to look at modular homes. I spoke with Andrew, and he was wonderful to work with. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and walked with my daughter and me to view the homes. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and didn't give us any runaround. Even though he knew I won't be ready to sell my current home until spring, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly without rushing us. I highly recommend Clayton Homes, especially to anyone looking for both a beautiful home and an honest, helpful representative like Andrew. Monique

This place absolutely blew my mind! 🤯 Manufactured homes have come such a long way from what they were back in the day, and I was genuinely so impressed with the options available. The team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and they really thought of everything. They had a fully stocked drink bar, sensory toys for my girls to play with (and even take home!), and so many different home options to look through. It made the entire experience feel comfortable and family-friendly. What I loved most is that this truly feels like a one-stop shop. They have contacts to help with finding land and can help guide you through everything needed to get your home onto your property. Having all of those resources in one place makes the process feel so much less overwhelming. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back if we decide to move forward with a manufactured home. I’m honestly so excited about what’s possible now! 🏡🤍

We are so very pleased with our new home! Clayton Homes helped us from start to finish! We were new dealing with a manufactured home; they helped with all details, from mortgage lenders, decor finishes, permits and complete setup on lot in community, skirting and porches on both exits! Very kind and respectful! We now have the perfect retirement home and will enjoy the comfort and beauty for years to come!

Chris at Clayton Homes of Caldwell was incredibly helpful throughout our home shopping process. He was quick to respond to all of our online messages and emails, which made communication easy and stress-free. If fast communication is important to you, Chris is definitely someone you should work with.
