  Moving out of state can be stressful, but choosing this community was one of the best decisions we made. It was truly the best place we could have chosen for our move to Idaho. The home is beautiful, well-designed, and has been perfect for our family. We especially love the amenities, including the dog park, gym, pool, and playground. The staff has been wonderful from day one—friendly, responsive, and made the leasing process incredibly smooth. One thing that genuinely surprises us is that this community isn’t completely full yet. With the quality of the homes, amenities, location, and overall experience, we expected there to be a waiting list. It feels like one of the area’s best-kept secrets. The only thing prospective residents should be aware of is the commute if you work in Boise or at Micron. Afternoon traffic can get heavy, and the drive home can occasionally take up to an hour and a half depending on the time of day. That’s more a reflection of the region’s growth and traffic patterns than the community itself, but it’s something worth considering. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming place to call home.

  Five stars all around! The amenities are incredible. Feels like a Vegas day club at your finger tips. The home is gorgeous, brand new and very clean. Love this place. Thank you!!!

  1st thing you will need to do BEFORE you apply is read what your "APPLICATION" says. It will state that if you decide to move forward from this point and get to the deposit stage you will LOOSE your 250.00 admin fee if you choose not to rent a unit after they are so inclined to provide you a lease to review. So you haven't even seen a unit @ this point and you signed an agreement to give them 250.00... YUP! then the fun starts! you will be shown a unit, they will discuss the bright points, if you want to move forward and would like to know what's in the lease and what your signing and how much this will cost you the response is "give us a deposit in the form of a cashier check" no you do not get a receipt and we will draw up your lease and save your unit for you. So remember what you signed just to apply? yup! You finally get to look over your lease which takes days to get while the have your $$, you look it over to realize there are 100s of dollars in one time fees, rules, regs that are oppressive, missing information with deposits etc. verry incompetent work!! You decide you can not do this! you back out. You will get told VERBALLY that you will get a return of your deposit and NOT YOUR ADMIN FEE! with yet again NOTHING on paper!! all verbal.. You will be told this will take 6-8 weeks to process. Now mind you they demanded your cash and deposited it to their account before you where even allowed to review a lease agreement which you ultimately could not live with. You will literally give them 250.00 to just look at a unit! its the most predatory process i have seen in 30yrs. there is a reason they have 100 plus units available even with the HUGE savings promos being offered. Read everything, don't give them a penny without being allowed to see your lease 1st! happy renting.
