The management, particularly Chad & Lexi, made the whole process simple, easy and drama-free. I'm delighted to have moved in & am in the process of settling in. The Lucy Apartment building is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, on top of showcasing spectacular views in all directions - and my building-mates have been exceptional! I'm so delighted I pursued residency here at The Lucy, especially with so many other available choices here in downtown Boise. I'm perfectly happy with my selection & am extremely grateful to now be living here!!!

I have lived in multiple new builds similar to the Lucy in the past and I've never experienced a management staff that is so on top of it and actually helpful. My only hesitancy when moving in was the potential noise due to being located in such a prime location, but the building is surprisingly very soundproof. Overall, between the quality of construction and the amazing staff, it's a 10/10 for me!
