The Fowler is lucky to have them. They have helped us with issues/concerns in a promptly manner. Having kiddos, we enjoy the walkability, parking garage, green belt access, and safety features the location offers. Their renovations look great and the gym has a variety of equipment. Also from our experience, maintenance and cleaning staff have done a great job!

The staff does an excellent job creating a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere that makes residents feel at home. Living on the seventh floor facing table rock, Albertsons Stadium, and the foothills Gives me a beautiful sunrise view. The amenities are excellent, the building is kept clean, and the management team is responsive and professional. I especially appreciate the sense of community here. They host community events where we get the opportunity to connect with neighbors, and the staff genuinely cares about creating a positive living environment. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live in downtown Boise with a strong sense of community and outstanding staff, I highly recommend The Fowler.
