- CCCodeNameLasagnaJul 11, 20264.0Been here for almost 4 years now and there are plenty of pros and cons. Just to get the cons out of the way, this place isn’t “modern”. The appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, everything is a bit outdated. The blinds in most of the units are falling apart. If you walk around the campus there are plenty of signs that this place doesn’t get the love it used to. From what I have heard all of this is mostly due to the land company which for whatever reason, isn’t properly funding and staffing the maintenance department. But there are no doubt lots of ups to this property as well. The staff are all nice and really do care about the residents. The GM is especially nice and does her best to make the residents happy. The maintenance they have been doing, including on my unit, takes a long time but is done right. The property is quiet and the lake views are very nice. Neighbors are a mixed bag but overall I’ve gotten lucky. The pool and gym are clean and well maintained as are are lawns. As for cost, it does seem to be above average but it’s still as affordable as anything, not that anything is affordable anymore. Overall it’s a nice place, but could definitely be better. All of my complaints really boil down to the land management company not caring about the property as much as the on site staff do. I hope they can continue to put our rent into the property and not just the pockets of the land company.
